The ground conditions on site require extensive site works, 810 no piles were installed to form a concrete platform for all housing units, extensive road slab, paths and services. Complete fit out of housing units including, floor and wall finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and all white goods. All housing units will achieve a minimum of a B2 rating. Fit out of the Communal building includes reception fitout, bathrooms, storage, commercial kitchen and dining room partitions. All services connections, drainage, roads, paths and attenuation pond and ancillary site works including a new Mayo Co Co sewer connection for future developments.
