Description: Construction of 59 residential units, aprtments, semi detached and terraced housing on green field site. 80,000 m3 of peat and 7000m3 of rock excavation and a mass fill of excavated areas was required as part of the groundworks package. A total fit out of all units, landscaping, site works and drainage and services installations were also carried out.
